We can finally get started with the 2020 summer season! Action Mountain Penken will begin operating tomorrow Friday, 05 June 2020. Leisure Mountain Ahorn follows on 27 June 2020 with its water oases, its viewing platforms, and lots of other attractions. 

 

We’re looking forward to spending an eventful summer with you!

from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Kombibahn Penken from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 


AHORNBAHN

27 June to 26 October 2020

every 15 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Ahornbahn Hiker’s Gondola: From June to September, the Ahornbahn brings mountain enthusiasts up to the Ahorn Plateau every 15 minutes from 7:30 a.m.


Please note: In June, the opening hours of the Penkenbahn and the Kombibahn Penken are valid only in good weather. All operating times and dates are subject to change depending on the weather and operating conditions.
Information about purchasing tickets: Please note that you can also use the ticket machines at the Ahornbahn und Penkenbahn (card payment only)!

FUNSPORTSTATION
- Action Mountain Penken -

The Funsportstation on Action Mountain Penken offers activities that you don’t get to experience any old day. Whether it’s on the action-packed E-Trial Parcours, in the varied Motor Skills Parcours, riding downhill on the Mountain Scooters, or climbing at the Via Ferratas at the Knorren, young and old alike are guaranteed to have a blast!

 

Funsportstation Opening Hours:

11 to 14 June, 20 to 21 June, 27 June

to 13 September, 19 to 20 September, 26

to 27 September, and from 3 to 4 October 2020

from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note: The Funsportstation will be closed in bad weather!

REFRESHING WATEROASES & FANTASTIC VIEWS
- Leisure Mountain Ahorn -

Leisure Mountain Ahorn is a real family paradise. Lake Ahornsee and Ahornbachl Stream are great places to cool down on hot summer days. If you’re looking for a summit experience, check out the Filzenkogel Hiking Trail and add your name to the summit register.

 

The Ahorn Leisure Trail, which is even suitable for baby buggies, has four viewing platforms (Adlerblick, Zillertal, Stilluptal, and Filzenalm) that provide fantastic views of the Zillertal mountains as well as several mountain restaurants along the way where you can sit back and relax.

SUNRISE GONDOLA

On Thursdays from 2 July 2020, early birds can ride the gondola to the Ahorn Plateau to watch the sunrise from the Zillertal Viewing Platform while enjoying a hot cup of tea. There’s no better way to start the day!
