Our "Dairy Delights and Fearsome Flights" group package provides a great variety of activities in Mayrhofen. Guests of all ages will be able to watch animals that are kept in a humane environment at the ErlebnisSennerei Zillertal farm. A tour will provide you with information about every step along the way with regard to how the valuable raw products are processed. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to taste pasture milk, a variety of yoghurts, cheese, and homemade butter with wood-fired bread.
Afterwards, Austria's largest gondola, the Ahornbahn, will take you on a ride up to Leisure Mountain Ahorn. Once at the top, you can enjoy incredible views while walking along the Leisure Trail before heading over to the Ahorn Eagle's Stage for the Birds of Prey Show at 2:00 p.m., where you will watch the kings of the sky performing their stunning aerial acrobatics.
In the morning you will have a tour of the HolzErlebnisWelt in Fügen to learn about the exciting world of wood, district heating, and green energy. Afterwards, you will enjoy a delicious lunch at the SichtBAR restaurant. Next comes a relaxing ride to Mayrhofen, where the Ahornbahn, Austria’s largest gondola, will take you up to the Ahorn plateau at 2,000 meters above sea level. From the summit station it’s only a ten-minute walk to the Ahorn Eagle's Stage, where you will watch the one-hour Birds of Prey Show starting at 2:00 p.m. You will then have the opportunity to finish off your fine day with some delicious coffee and cake (at your own expense).
The "Full Steam Ahead to the Ahorn Eagle's Stage" Group Package offers an attractive combination for the young as well as the young at heart. In the morning, you'll take the histori Zillertalbahn steam train from Jenbach to Mayrhofen, where you'll enjoy great views of the entire Zillertal. In the afternoon, the Ahornbahn, Austria's largest gondola, will take you up Leisure Mountain Ahorn to the Ahorn Eagle's Stage, Ahorn Eagle's Stage, which opens daily (except Fridays) at 2:00 p.m. from mid-June to October and provides close-up views of majestic birds of prey.
