- body fitness
- perfect body control
- skiing skills that are above-average
- excellent, sophisticated skiing technique
- stable body position
- concentrate your weight on the outer ski – do not lean towards the slope
- carve hard
- good equipment – including sharp edges and a helmet
- use your skiing poles
- snowblades and short skis are strictly forbidden on the Harakiri!
ADVICE: If you want to find out whether your skiing skills are sufficient for the Harakiri slope, try slope number 17 first. If you have no problems on that slope, you are more than ready to dare a ride on Austria’s steepest slope. We wish you a lot of fun! |
