As prototype for “from riders to riders” events, the Ästhetiker Jam has always been one step ahead of the snowboard happenings. The Austrian snowboard crew puts its main focus on adopting new and modern contest formats and most importantly on an innovative park construction and creative obstacles. Nevertheless, snowboarding is not the only thing - or has never been anyway – the Ästhetiker crew cares about. There will be many other events surrounding the snowboard contest reflecting the most important parts of a snowboarder’s life: a top-class skateboard contest, a street art exhibition and various music acts and parties. So, it's no surprise the Ästhetiker Jam 2009 will again be extended to a whole week.
